1: What kind of equipment do your photographers use?
Equipment varies depending on the photographer, but consists of the two major brands, Nikon and Canon. For the camera body, we use a Canon 5D Mark II, or Nikon D700 as a minimum. In terms of lenses, between our photographers we cover all professional lenses with both brands.
2: Why do we recommend a Trial Makeup? What does it involve?
We feel that for something as important as a wedding day, a trial makeup is simply a must as there are no second goes. A trial makeup will guarantee you to have the perfect makeup and hair style for the big day. A trial makeup normally takes up to 3-4 hours and where we will try different makeup and hairstyles to find the right look for you. Feel free to bring along a picture of the makeup and hairstyle that you like and we will endeavour to match the look. According to your facial feature our fashion designer will help you to find the perfect one for you.
3: What kind makeup do you use?
We use world leading brands of professional makeup kit and tools. By using this combination our makeup artist always stays with the current fashion trend.
4: Do you have insurance?
Our studio carries out its work in accordance to the formal industrial standard, meaning we have a 2 millions dollars just on the health sector to guaranty and safeguard the wellbeing of our clients.
5: Can we modify the package deal according to our needs?

6: What are the steps for pre-wedding / wedding photo shot?
Sign contract ⇢ Make up Trial ⇢ Try wedding dress ⇢ pre-con with your chosen photographer ⇢ photo shoot ⇢ Pick up photo DVD ⇢ Choose the ones to retouch ⇢ design of the photo album ⇢ making of the album and enlarged photo ⇢ pick up all the products
7: Can we pick the location that we want to have photos?
Yes. We also have a list of classic famous locations for you to choose from.
8: Is there anything we need to do to prepare for the day of photo shoot?
Do not drink too much water the day before. The Bride must wash hair the night before, but do not use any conditioner. Groom should wash and blow dry his hair in the morning. Sleep well. You should also prepare special things that have special meaning for you, such as wedding ring, flowers, balloon, stuffed toys etc. We would suggest bringing along some snacks, such as chocolate, energy bar, energy drinks, even some sandwiches. It’s possible due to time constraints that we won’t have any time on the day for a proper meal.
9: What does it mean when you refer to refine, re-touch or post Processing?
This simply means our professionals carry out small adjustments to the photographs to enhance them and help them be the best they can be. More information is available on what we can do on the retouch requirement form.
10: Does the duration of the photo shoot listed in the package include travel times?
Yes, the time counted starts from the minute the makeup process starts. If the delay is due to unforeseen circumstances (serious traffic jam etc) the photographer on the day will make the call on whether to extend the time of service or not.
11: How soon can we review the refined photos after we choose them?
It takes roughly 1-2 weeks for the first round post production. After that 4-6 weeks to produce the photo album. If you require the photographs sooner, we do offer an express service for an extra charge. Please contact us to discuss this option at any time.
12: What if we are not so satisfier with the refined photo?
We want to work with you to make the Photographs everything you are looking for. Please tell us what’s on your mind, we offer three rounds of free post productions.
13: What if the wedding dress doesn’t fit?
All the wedding dresses are specially made, one size fits all. We also have tailor around to adjust the dresses if required.
14: Is there a trial day for me to try the bridal gown(Wedding dress)?
Yes. After you sign the contract, you will be able to pick a time that suits you to try them on and make sure they look perfect on you.
15: Do you provide a suit for the groom?
No. The groom is required to bring his own suit or tuxedo.
16: Does groom need to put on makeup?
Yes. But not heavy makeup, just some tone adjustment and base. Just to help the groom stay sharp and focused.
17: Why do we need to talk to photographer before the photo shot?
Pre-con with the photographer allows him or her to understand what kind results you are expecting. If it’s your first photo shoot with a professional, they will also give you some advice on how to present the best of you on the day. It takes work from both yourself and the photographer to make a nice photo.
18: When should I make the booking?
As early as possible. normally for wedding day 4-12 months in advance. For a pre-wedding photo 1- 3 months in advance, and wedding day makeup 6-12 months. This way we can make sure we have the best team available for the job.
19: What if it rains or we have an emergency on the day of the photo shot?
We can always re-schedule, but we cannot guarantee the same photographer will be available on the re-scheduled day. If such an incident happens, we will need to look for a date that suits you.
20: Are there any extra or hidden charges involved?
There are no additional fees other than what’s listed on the package and in your contract. If you have any concerns regarding fees, please do not hesitate to contact our head office.
21: For a personal portrait , can we bring our own dresses?
Yes. You can also rent our wedding dresses.
22: What is the time limit on the rental of wedding dresses?
48 hours, after which you will be charged by the hour. Please contact us for more details.
